"Don’t expect much volume"

"Arrived on time, but the packaging was disappointing"
My order did show up on time, which I appreciated, but the box was in really rough shape when it arrived. It was crushed and looked like it had been tossed around quite a bit. Thankfully, the hair inside seemed okay, but for the price, I expected the whole experience to feel a lot more careful and premium. I was looking forward to this order, so opening it up like that was disappointing.

"Nice hair, but it does tangle a little"
The hair looks really and feels good overall, but I’m not gonna lie, it does shed a bit and tangles more than I expected. It’s still decent for the price though, so I can’t be too mad. I’d probably buy it again

"For the price, I’m happy with it..."
For the price, I’m happy with it. Nothing felt cheap or annoying to use, and I always notice little stuff like how the edges are finished, how it sits in place, and whether anything feels flimsy. So far, no complaints from me, it does what I needed and feels worth the money

"Really nice for switching up my look"
I got my hair from Hair Kings i’ve been happy with it. It’s been so fun being able to change up my styles whenever I feel like it. I’ve curled it, straightened it, and even did a cute half-up look, and it held up well each time. It does need a little extra love after using heat, but that’s not a big deal to me. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"I ordered a hair piece from..."
I ordered a hair piece from Hair Kings and honestly — the colour was different from the photos. Online it looked more like an ash brown, but when it arrived it was much warmer and had a reddish tone to it. The quality seemed okay — not amazing, but fine, but the colour match was the whole reason I bought it. Now I’ve got to deal with returning it, which is just a bit annoying.

"Soft, but not quite what I expected"
The hair is soft, so I’ll give it that, but the texture wasn’t exactly what I thought I was getting. It’s not terrible, just kind of okay for me. it made me trust the description a little less because I was expecting something closer to what was shown

"Return Went Smoothly Enough"
I ended up returning a wig because it just didn’t suit me. I made sure to keep the tracking info and all the messages just in case, but luckily there weren’t any real issues. The refund came through after a few days, and support responded when I reached out. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but overall it felt fair.

"Checkout kind of confirmed my doubts"
I did get my order in the end, but the whole checkout process felt a little clunky. i already had a feeling the site might be awkward to use, and the confusing steps plus the lack of good delivery updates pretty much confirmed that for me. It worked, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience.
